We have been customers of Frederick's for 15 years and in that time they have installed many carpets and curtains for us as well as cleaning the carpets when required. The staff are reliable and efficient with nothing being too much trouble and I have always been delighted with the service and quality of the work undertaken.
Our carpets have been cleaned by this family business for 20 years or so and we have always been very pleased with the results at very reasonable prices. They have also during that time cleaned and relined high quality heavy duty curtains. Recently Conrad came to do the job on 2 carpets which had multiple stains and including deeply embedded candle wax. He did a wonderful job and we don't hesitate to recommend them.
Very good cleaning of an old sofa, tried very hard to get every stubborn spot in the carpet too. I was surprised there was only one person, I would have expected two people to move the furniture and get everything done on time but the end result was good.
